Mrs Howells
Mrs Howells is the force that drives Evolution Martial Arts, alongside Mr Howells.
She always works tirelessly in the background as well as keeping all the parents happy and entertained on the side lines.
If you have any concerns or problems then she is the lady to see.
Also training in the Adult Elite classes, Mrs Howells is working on her 1st Degree Black Belts in both Kickboxing and our FMA programs.
Helping out in class with children, she has the ability to comfort our shy new students and helps them feel at ease ready to start their martial arts journey.
We would be lost without Mrs Howells. As they say, “behind every great man is an even greater woman” and this is certainly the case here.

Little Grasshoppers
Classes for 3-4 year olds learning listening, balance, strength, skills, and discipline skills.
MINI NINJAS
The Mini Ninjas program has been built around kids who want to grow up strong and confident.
JUNIOR WARRIORS
Junior Warriors program well work perfectly for 7–12 year olds. It’s a little bit harder and much faster!
ADULT ELITE
The Adult Elites is perfect for 12+ years and is. You’ll need to be ready to be pushed even further than before!
Monday: 5pm – 8pm
Tuesday: 5pm – 8pm
Wednesday: 5pm – 8pm
Thursday: 5pm – 8pm
Saturday: 9am – 12pm
